Blown Apart

You can never sum up a mans life. My life had evolved and revolved around hate. All that I had was distorted, misunderstood and torn apart by my ambitions.

A little man came towards me holding a sharp needle. I struggle as much as I can, but my hands and legs are strapped tightly on a wooden chair. The man smiles at me telling me to be calm. My pupils grow smaller in fear and sweat drips down in a rush from my damp forehead. How had I got here and who was this stranger. As his hand draws closer to my right arm with a squirting needle in, I try to free myself from the creaky chair. My efforts are end in vain.

The needle enters my skin with little pain but I scream and stretch my neck in order to bite the man's hand off. I had been used to jabbing needles for myself and no one was going to do it for me. With the medication halfway in the syringe which vibrates vigourosly on my arm. I begin to beg the little man to allow me to do it myself, but he protests and carries on trying to inject the remaining fluid into my body. I try to bit him at each attempt and no progress is being made.

My head begins to feel dizzy and my vision slowly becomes blurred and darker. "I will never go down" I wispher as I fall into a deep sleep.

Waking up with you arms and legs tired to bed was terrible. My blankets had fallen onto the ground and the cold wind coming through the window was freezing my skin. Making it harder and paler. My shouts for assistance are attended by a very tall man dressed in white. I ask him to close the window but denies the existance of a window and tells me I must be mad to feel cold. At this statement, he begins to laugh at himself and closes the door behind him, leaving me in darkness.

I was confused of where I was but I could remember my mother telling me someone was taking me somewhere safe where they could help me. I close my eyes to get some sleep, someone was going to explain everything to me the next day. I just knew it...
